Our Story
Vetsch Plumbing Services (VPS) was founded in 1999 by Bill and Pat Vetsch with a clear mission: to build a client base focused on exceptional customer service.
In 2002, VPS expanded by acquiring Magic Water, a residential and wholesale water conditioning company. The following year, Bill and Pat’s son, Dan, joined the team to oversee the Magic Water operations. In 2004, VPS further enhanced its offerings by adding salt and bottled water delivery services, as well as bottled water cooler rentals.
From 2004 to 2023, the company thrived under the dual identities of VPS and Magic Water, always prioritizing customer service. In 2023, the company faced significant changes with the passing of Pat and Bill’s subsequent retirement. Dan took over the business, continuing the family legacy with strategic hires and a steadfast commitment to quality.
In 2024, the business underwent a rebrand to unite the two companies under one modern identity: Magic Water & Plumbing. This rebrand aims to refresh the company’s image while maintaining its dedication to superior customer service.
